About the Project

The project aims to increase brand awareness of the restaurant in Liverpool, to build a loyal customer base and to increase vegan product sales.

Some of the issues we looked to resolve in the first meeting, was being consistent with social media posting, producing high-quality images, producing high-quality videos, advertising vegan products to a new audience, and implementing a short and long-term marketing strategy. We set a yearly goal of increasing genuine Instagram followers by 1000 and getting 50 redeemed coupons. We understood the value of a life-time customer to the restaurant and this was integral to the objective of bringing in new customers. We have been able to grow the Instagram page from 245 to 1433+ and have achieved 54 redeemed coupons.
